Nestled on the stunning east coast of Tasmania, OIRTHIR will draw its inspiration from the lush surrounding landscape. We will merge our Scottish roots with classic French techniques, all while embracing the vibrant Tasmanian produce. Our menu will reflect the garden, sea and the land, operating a seasonal menu year-round. We will be working closely, supporting local Tasmanian producers to promote what the island has to offer.
